PILATES ONE ON ONE
Focusing on correct Pilates technique catered to you and your body. An all over toning and precision workout channelling the Pilates principles of control, precision, concentration, centering, flow and breath. These sessions are perfect for focusing directly on your goals or for the occasional check in while attending small and large group SB Sessions and in conjunction with PT sessions.
30, 45 and 60 minute sessions available
SIMPLY BALANCED ONE ON ONE
A workout targeting your goals with a mixture of Pilates, dance and functional fitness techniques, designed to get the most out of you. It will get your heart racing, blood pumping and energy skyrocketing. Together with goal setting and nutritional guidance, we will get you where you want to be.

FUNCTIONAL PERSONAL TRAINING ONE ON ONE
A session that works with you and your objectives in mind. Combining cardio and resistance training, weights and body weight,
it is perfect for the client who loves to compete with themselves or for those who enjoy being in the zone.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Our small group sessions are catered to you and your needs. Available in the comfort of your own home (when booking an entire small group session of 3 – 5 people*)
or out and about in the great outdoors, we can find the perfect place. Please contact us for available times or bookings.

SB MAT PILATES
A fun and classic Pilates session based on the Mat. Designed to help you gain control of your body while achieving strength and tone. following the Pilates principles in a safe and fun environment, perfect for those looking to increase their flexibility, strength and work on the basics.
